Soul Frequency Consciousness and Andie DePass have taken great care to explain many energy techniques, provide introductory individual consultations on international radio shows, and offer free gifts, such as the Minerals Chart for Astrological Signs, to many people the world over. We are very passionate about our work. Soul Frequency Consciousness offers services that are the result of more than half a century of experience, education, wisdom, and Knowing. Your consultations are “unique” only to you and cannot be used by anyone else or returned. Life Coaching is a private, extremely individualized, and highly personal interaction between the Life Coach and the client/buyer. All consultations are a customized experience based on the information provided by the client/buyer, that person’s energy at the time, and the Life Coach’s interpretation of the client/buyer’s energy at that time. It is only relevant to the client/buyer and not to anyone else. Soul Frequency Consciousness is a service provider, and our product is a personalized reading/consultation given either over the telephone or Skype or digitally delivered products such as MP3 recordings, which are delivered via the Internet. All products and services are considered to be “Virtual,” and, therefore, cannot be returned.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not, under any circumstance, grant refunds for products ordered from and/or services performed by Soul Frequency Consciousness. It is a “voluntary” decision on your part to order. Everyone is living on a unique level of personal development, and we are not responsible for where you are, which impacts your belief system as you search for knowledge.
